Albert Park Children Foundation Center

Albert Park Children Foundation Centre started in 2009 with one nine year old girl from the neighborhood who was raped after school in front of her mother’s flat door, because her single mother was busy selling fat cooks on the street, and could not afford to her in the after care.
Odette Kizanga the current founder of APCFC was deeply touched, and felt remorse for the child and offered her a aftercare place in her home, through her initiative, and her vision to give and care to people with lesser means. Other parents became aware of what she was doing for the community and brought many kids of similar backgrounds.
Through Odette’s effort and dedication for the under privileged children, the Refugees Social Development organization, assisted Odette with adequate training from Home Based Care to a Diploma  in  Crèche management at Save the Children.
